Shipping policy

This website is operated by Amrute LLC. By placing an order through our site (https://amrute.co), you agree to the terms below. These guidelines are here to help set clear expectations and ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for everyone. 

1. General Availability

We do our best to keep all products in stock and ready to ship. However, in rare cases where there’s a discrepancy, we’ll ship the available items and notify you about the rest. You can then choose whether you’d like to wait for the out-of-stock item or receive a refund for it.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.

We also offer:

Flat Rate Shipping within the continental U.S.
Free Shipping on orders over $50 USD

For both flat rate and free shipping, we will select the most economical and reliable carrier based on your location. These options do not include guaranteed delivery times. If you need your package within a specific timeframe, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping method at checkout.

Please note: If you choose Flat Rate or Free Shipping, it will override any selected carrier preferences.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment.
For expedited shipments, orders placed before 12 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after that time may ship the next business day.

Our fulfillment center is based in New Jersey and operates Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays.

3.2 Transit Times (U.S.)

For standard domestic shipping, most orders arrive within 2–6 business days, depending on your distance from our New Jersey warehouse.

3.3 Delivery Delays

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us at info@amrute.coso we can look into it.

3.4 Address Changes

If you need to change the delivery address, contact us before your order ships. We’re happy to help as long as the package hasn’t left our facility.

3.5 P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Box addresses using USPS only. In some cases, we may request a street address to ensure delivery if no suitable shipping method is available.

3.6 Military Addresses

Yes—we do ship to military addresses (APO/FPO) using USPS.

3.7 Out-of-Stock Items

If your order includes an item that’s temporarily out of stock, we’ll reserve the rest of your order and wait until the full shipment can be sent—unless you request otherwise. 

4. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and applicable local tax laws. 

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the delivery status directly through the shipping provider.

6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, we recommend contacting us at info@amrute.co immediately.

If the package was left at your door and appears damaged, please send us a photo and description of the issue, and we’ll help resolve it quickly.

7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before it has shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

8. Shipping Insurance

All packages are insured for loss or damage up to the value provided by the carrier.

8.1 Damaged in Transit

We’ll process a replacement or refund once the shipping carrier has completed their investigation and confirmed the claim.

8.2 Lost in Transit

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll issue a refund or replacement promptly after their investigation concludes.
