As our products are edible and fall under consumable goods, we have a strict no-return and no-exchange policy, even for unopened items. This is in place to maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene for all our customers.


🚫 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on chai tea latte powders or related food items. This ensures the integrity and safety of everything we send out.


📦 If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Defective

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us right away.

Include your order number, a photo of the damaged product, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll take care of it and send a replacement or refund if applicable.


🏷️ Discount Codes & Coupons

Our promotions and discount codes are either:

Please note:

  • Only one coupon can be used per order.
  • If a code is active, it will apply automatically at checkout—no need to enter anything.

If a refund is approved, here’s what to expect:
